When and where is pickup? 

Pickup is always between 3-5 PM on either Sunday or Monday depending on which pickup day you choose. Food is not ready to be picked up until 3 PM. Pickup is at 301 Maxwell Ave. Greenwood SC 29646.

Does the menu change weekly?

Yes, the menu is updated and rotated weekly.

How do I login to manage my Prep'd Premium subscription?

Visit https://www.prepdbyzane.com/ and navigate to the main menu in the top left corner. From there, click "Manage My Subscription" and login there. 

Can I swap my meal package with Prep'd Premium?

Yes, you can login to your subscription portal anytime on the website to swap your meal package. Make sure you do so before it renews for that week.

Can I skip a week or pause with Prep'd Premium?

Yes, you can skip a week or pause your subscription anytime in the customer portal.
