1. Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of prepdbyzane.com and any purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Services Prep'd By Zane offers fresh meal-prep packages available as one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions. All meals are prepared and fulfilled on a scheduled basis. Menu items and availability may vary week to week.

3. Subscriptions By enrolling in a subscription plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle cutoff. Cancellations made after the cutoff date will take effect on the following cycle.

4. Pricing All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing with advance notice. Subscription pricing is locked at the rate active at the time of enrollment unless you modify your plan.

5. Pickup & Delivery Orders are fulfilled based on your selected pickup location or delivery address. It is your responsibility to ensure your pickup or delivery information is accurate. Prep'd By Zane is not responsible for missed pickups or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

6. Refunds & Returns Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive an incorrect or unsatisfactory order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery at dimiatizane@gmail.com and we will make it right.

7. Health & Allergens Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that may handle common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy. It is your responsibility to review ingredient information before ordering. Prep'd By Zane is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from failure to review provided allergen information.

8. Account Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
